Installing Oil Cooler possible/worth the hassle?

So recently, my radiator has started leaking pretty bad. Need to replace it soon.

My radiator only came with two ports from the factory, just for the transmission lines. I also do not have a motor oil cooler on my truck.

I wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on if it’s worth the hassle, and if it’s possible to get an oil cooler setup installed.

Would just changing the oil sooner, make up not having an oil cooler. (I tow a decent amount during the summer, and live in the northeast)
